Executive Director of CILNWF covering the four counties of Northwest Florida: Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa and Walton Counties.

The Associate Director provides support to the Executive Director to carry out the CILDRC mission. The Associate Director also supports direct staff in providing IL services in the four counties we serve.

Responsible for all phases of accounting, funding contracts, and overall administration of CILNWF.

Chelsea Clayton, Advocacy/Outreach Coordinator
Networks with people with disabilities and assists them with self-advocacy issues as well as systemic advocacy issues. Works with media, businesses, state and local government agencies, public officials and individuals with disabilities.

Coordinator/Peer Mentor
Networks with people with disabilities, coordinates the Independent Living Skills Training Program and Volunteer Program and evaluates and conducts specialized telephone equipment assessments with consumers.

Networks with people with disabilities as Independent Living Specialist and evaluates and conducts specialized telephone equipment assessments with consumers.

Diana Tift Administrative Assistance & Equipment Manager
Manages the equipment for the FAAST Program. Oversees the FTRI Program with inventory and distribution of specialized telephone equipment. Performs daily data entry into CIL consumer database. Provides quality assurance of consumer records. VP 850-208-3106.

Coordinates and oversees the Gulf Coast Regional FAAST Program contract deliverables and coordinates and consults on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as needed.
