We are grateful to all our sponsors and donors, too! Thank you for your hard work and generosity to have a delicious and elegant event! We were honored to have you join us to celebrate 45 years of impact and independence.
We’d like to also give special thanks to all our event planners and volunteers for their time and efforts to make our celebration a success!

Ana and Shina are being honored for their commitment to people with disabilities by promoting day-to-day quality of life enhancement through the Capstone Pet Place Adult Day Training Program. These dedicated individuals are the front-line staff that work side-by-side with the students, showing compassion, patience and commitment that far exceeds job descriptions. They go above and beyond every single day, creating a space where students are not only supported, but seen, celebrated and loved. Ana and Shina embody the very essence of the Spirit of CIL Award.
Maddie is being honored for her dedication and leadership as a young advocate for youth with disabilities. From founding a youth support group at Gulf Breeze High School to representing her peers at the Youth Leadership Forum in Tallahassee — speaking directly with legislators on key disability issues — she has shown remarkable courage, initiative and passion. She is a powerful voice for youth with disabilities, a leader in the making and the next generation of disability rights advocates.
